  • You will receive a booking confirmation on receipt of the form, directly from Novotel (the conference venue hotel)
  • Special rates for FiMPART participants are (Important note: For delegates booking rooms at Novotel from June 3,2015 for FiMPART, Novotel shall make alternate arrangement for in another hotel for June 14, 2015 alone. Novotel will accommodate you on June 12 or 13. Aternate hotel is arranged only for the 14th June 2015, taking care of your stay and transportation to and fro from the arranged hotel to Novotel which is the conference venue. The payment would be made to Novotel only.
    THIS WOULD ONLY BE APPLICABLE FOR THE NEW BOOKINGS OR CONFIRMATION MADE FROM 3RD JUNE 2015 ONWARDS    ):
    • Room Category: Superior Rooms, Rate: INR 6250 plus taxes for single occupancy.
    • Room Category: Superior Rooms, Rate: INR 7250 plus taxes for double occupancy.
  • The above rates include the following:
    • Inclusive of complimentary buffet breakfast at the coffee shop-square
    • WiFi-512 Kbps
  • Terms and Conditions
    • The above rates are on per room per night basis.
    • Applicable taxes extra.
    • Cancellation policy- in case of any cancellation charges on full length of stay shall be applicable.
    • Rates are also valid 3 days before and 3 days after the main conference dates.
    • Government authorized id proof is mandatory for indian nationals and valid passport and visa is mandatory for foreigner nationals to carry for check-in.
    • The check in time is 1400hrs and the check out time is 1200hrs, early check-in and late check-out is subject to availability.
