Please read the following INSTRUCTIONS carefully before navigating:
  1. This is FiMPART 2017 Programme.
  2. "General info" gives you general information that will help you during the conference days.
  3. "Posters" link at the top gives you instrutions about preparation of your poster etc. Poster size should be 120 cm (height) X 90 cm (width).
  4. "Full Program" menu item at the top shows you the complete programme session-by-session including the posters.
  5. The timing for each presentation is as below:
    • Keynote address: 30 mins.
    • Invited presentation: varies according to session. Please check.
    • Contributed presentation: 10 mins.
  6. "Catalogued Search" menu at the top is where you will search for your name if it appears in the programme. We have also included a session-by-session listing and topic wise listing under this search module.
    Presentations are categorised as below:
    • Posters are denoted by P-XXX.
    • Oral contributions denoted by [ A1-Jul-10 10:30 ] representing [ Session-Date Time ].

Registration cum Hi-tea welcome reception and socialising event

General Information

Identification Badge

All FiMPART participants and their accompanying members are kindly requested to wear their personal name badges during all Conference events including all conference luncheons, tea/coffee time on all days and dinner on July 11, 2017.
Message Board

Personal Messages and Program changes will be announced on the message board in the registration desk area. We strongly suggest that you check the message board every day.

For use of public telephones or internet facility you may contact the hotel reception. For internet facility you may buy wifi time from the Hotel staff or the convention center staff. Contact registration desk for more information.
Hi-Tea reception

Participants are encouraged to attend the Hi-tea reception cum registration on July 9, 2017. The registration will start at 4:00 pm and will be open until 6:00 pm. During this time the Hi-tea socialising event will be held in the ground floor Plenary hall.
Lunches and Coffees

Luncheons are served in the Plenary hall of the convention center from 13:30 pm to 14:30 pm. Please make sure that you take your luncheon during this duration. From July 10 to 12 all sessions will break for coffee both in forenoon and afternoon as scheduled in the programme.
Plenary Lectures

Three Plenary Lectures will take place on July 10 (Monday), July 11 (Tuesday) and July 12 (Wednesday) respectively in the Plenary hall in the ground floor.
Location of Parallel Sessions
10 parallel sessions will take place in 10 rooms at the Convention Center. Location of the rooms are given in the floor plan included in this book.

Office Facilities at Hotel

If you want to make any photocopies or any other office work, please contact the Business Center at the Convention Center. There will be a charge for any items you require.
Inclusion of Manuscripts in FiMPART 2017 Proceedings

The papers will be included in the conference proceedings and in the periodical after the manuscripts are reviewed by the Program cum Review Committee. For manuscripts received already, the review process is complete but considerable number of authors have not submitted their revised manuscripts yet causing a delay in the publication of the proceedings. Due to unavoidable circumstances, the conference proceedings is now expected to be ready by December 2017 and Springer will publish the compendium cum proceedings.
Registration Desk

All delegates and companions should register for the conference and collect their name badges and papers at the Registration Desk, which is located in the Registration center at the Bordeaux Convention Center.
Sunday July 9, 2017
Registration Desk will be open from 4.00 pm to 6.00 pm in the Registration center at the Covention Center. We strongly recommend you to register on this day.
Monday through Wednesday, July 10 to 12, 2017
Registration Desk will be open from 9.00 am to 6.00 pm (except on July 12, 2017 when it will be open till 10 am) during the conference period.

Following are 10 (ten) parallel sessions (A to J) which will run concurrently in 10 breakout rooms at the convention center. The room names are given below. Please check your presentation time, session, date and room location carefully. Room locations can be found in the floor plan included in this book. Poster Sessions

Maximum poster size allowed at FiMPART is 120cm (height) x 90 cm (width)

Location of the poster session is Plenary hall in the Convention Center. The posters will be displayed for two days July 10 and July 11, 2017. Posters will be evaluated for awards on July 10 from 17:30 to 18:30 pm.

Presentation time: July 10, 2017 from 17:30 pm to 18.30 pm

Authors making POSTER presentation are requested to bring their posters to the FiMPART registration desk on July 10 (between 9.00 am and 12.30 pm) ready for affixing on the poster board with your poster number which will be given to you by the registration staff at desk.

Authors are requested to take their poster off from the poster board on July 11, 2017 by 4.30 pm. Posters not removed by 4:30 pm will be removed by the FiMPART committee who will not take responsibility for the poster. Poster boards will be dismantled by 5:00 pm on July 11, 2017. FiMPART does not take any responsility for the posters left after 4:30 pm on July 11, 2017.

FiMPART Secretariat does not assume any liability for mailed posters. Please DO NOT mail posters to the Conference Secretariat. Please bring your posters with you to the Registration Desk at the Convention center on the dates specified above.

Instructions to Poster Presenters
At the registration desk on July 10, 2017, you will be given instructions on how to place your poster with your poster ID on the allocated board. All participants are encouraged to visit the poster sessions and authors will be available for discussion. Professor Matsumi, Japan and Dr Ali Chirazi, France are members in-charge of poster sessions and are also on the FiMPART Students’ Affairs Committee.
