All FiMPART participants and their accompanying members are kindly requested to wear their personal name badges during all Conference events including all conference luncheons, tea/coffee time on all days and dinner on July 11, 2017.
Personal Messages and Program changes will be announced on the message board in the registration desk area. We strongly suggest that you check the message board every day.
For use of public telephones or internet facility you may contact the hotel reception. For internet facility you may buy wifi time from the Hotel staff or the convention center staff. Contact registration desk for more information.
Participants are encouraged to attend the Hi-tea reception cum registration on July 9, 2017. The registration will start at 4:00 pm and will be open until 6:00 pm. During this time the Hi-tea socialising event will be held in the ground floor Plenary hall.
Lunches and Coffees
Luncheons are served in the Plenary hall of the convention center from 13:30 pm to 14:30 pm. Please make sure that you take your luncheon during this duration. From July 10 to 12 all sessions will break for coffee both in forenoon and afternoon as scheduled in the programme.
Three Plenary Lectures will take place on July 10 (Monday), July 11 (Tuesday) and July 12 (Wednesday) respectively in the Plenary hall in the ground floor.
Location of Parallel Sessions
10 parallel sessions will take place in 10 rooms at the Convention Center. Location of the rooms are given in the floor plan included in this book.

If you want to make any photocopies or any other office work, please contact the Business Center at the Convention Center. There will be a charge for any items you require.
Inclusion of Manuscripts in FiMPART 2017 Proceedings
The papers will be included in the conference proceedings and in the periodical after the manuscripts are reviewed by the Program cum Review Committee. For manuscripts received already, the review process is complete but considerable number of authors have not submitted their revised manuscripts yet causing a delay in the publication of the proceedings. Due to unavoidable circumstances, the conference proceedings is now expected to be ready by December 2017 and Springer will publish the compendium cum proceedings.
All delegates and companions should register for the conference and collect their name badges and papers at the Registration Desk, which is located in the Registration center at the Bordeaux Convention Center.

Registration Desk will be open from 9.00 am to 6.00 pm (except on July 12, 2017 when it will be open till 10 am) during the conference period.
